These knee pads offer comfort and compression, ensuring they stay in place while you dance your heart out. The silicone gel pads provide maximum pressure relief without the bulk. Each package contains 2 gel knee pads that can be washed and reused.

Small/Medium = Tweens, teens, and up to Size 8 Women's (in NZ-sized clothing).

Large/X-Large = Women Size 10 and up. If you have particularly slim legs, you may want to size down.
